    No, Black Planet does not sell personal information or share it with third parties for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising.

    We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party data brokers. Data collected in the app is used only for providing services within Black Planet and is not linked with third-party data for marketing or advertising purposes..

House, the app may save them to your device for easy access.The app does not access, modify, or delete personal files outside of user-initiated uploads and downloads. You can revoke this permission in your device settings, but doing so may prevent file uploads and downloads in BP. House.

    What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

    User Provided Information

    The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register the Application. Account Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, bear in mind that you might not be able to utilize some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with them. The Service Provider may also use the information you provided them to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

    To create an account and become a Black Planet member, we ask for a few basic details:

    • Your email (so we can contact you if needed)

    • A password of your choice (to keep your account secure)

    • Your date of birth (to confirm you’re over 18)

    • Your club interests (so we only send you updates about the stuff you actually care about)

    All this information is submitted securely through the app’s built-in forms and encrypted via our website to help protect your data.

    Once you log in through the app, the authentication happens with our website. The app accesses the data you have provided our website before. The data that the app will show includes: your full name. Membership number, Membership Qr code and the date you became a member. These data are used to identify you at the entrance of our events as described in the purpose of the app. 

    When you log in to the app, we collect your email address and password. This information is used solely for authentication against our existing member database on Black Planet’s website. We do not store your password directly within the app; it is securely hashed and verified against the system on our website. We also retrieve your membership data (name, membership start date) and ticket information from the account you have preveiously created at blackplanet.se according to our website’s privacy policy. These data transfers are necessary to provide most of the app’s functionality.

    When you access the “Tickets” tab, we retrieve information about your purchased tickets from our ticketing system on our website: blackplanet.se. This includes ticket details, QR codes, and event information.

    All access to our community and chat system, BP. House, Including registration, login, topics, chat, messaging and everything included in the tabs “communnity” and “chat” inside the app happen through a webview inside the app. The webview follows the privacy policy of BP.     We may collect data about the events you view within the app. This data is used for analytical purposes to improve our event offerings and app experience.

    While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

    • Email address
    • First name and last name
    • Usage Data

    Black planet collects customer and order data

    When you purchase tickets from Black Planet, we require certain information from you, including your email address and the information we require to process payments, such as your name and credit card information or swish number. We use this information to perform the contract between us, and store it as long as your customer account remains open.     Automatically Collected Information

    In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application. We aggrevate this data for analytics purproses in order to provide a better user experience for you in the future versions of the app.

    Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

    This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

    Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

    Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

    You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. If you want to delete your data and membership, you may log in through the website and go to your membership account page. there you can click on “cancel and delete my data” or you contact our data officer at [email protected]

    Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

    We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law.

    Membership Data:We will retain your membership data as long as you maintain an active membership with Black Planet. If your membership is cancelled or suspended, we will retain your data for a period of 6 months to allow for potential reactivation or to address any outstanding issues.

    Ticket Purchase Data: We are legally required to retain records of ticket purchases for accounting purposes for a period of seven (7) years. After this period, your ticket purchase data will be securely deleted.

    Viewing Data: We anonymize event viewing and other browsing to prevent identification of individual users.

    However, if necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation or for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific, or historical research purposes or statistical purposes.

    Children

    The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to anyone under the age of 18.

    The Application does not address anyone under the age of 18. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 18 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider ([email protected]) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

    The Service Provider are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information.
