Terms and Conditions
By becoming a member, purchasing a ticket and attending our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All our events are strictly +18
id at the door
we always require ID at the door. the name on your ID should match the name on your membership, otherwise you will be refused entry. no refunds will be given in this case
Tickets
- Non-Refundable: All ticket purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Transferability: Tickets are not personal and can be transferred to another person, except for solidarity tickets, which are non-transferable.
- Membership Requirement: To enter some of the events, you must be a member of Black Planet. Events that require membership are distinguished.
Entry and Conduct
- Right to Refuse Entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone at our discretion. If entry is refused at the door, no refunds will be provided.
- Membership Revocation: Your membership may be revoked if your behavior endangers the safety, atmosphere, values of our community or violates the terms and conditions here. Revoked memberships will result in denied entry to all future events, without refund.
- Safety First: We prioritize the safety and well-being of our attendees. Any behavior that threatens this will not be tolerated, and appropriate action will be taken, including removal from the event.
LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an attendee of Black Planet events, you are required to adhere to these Terms & Conditions, which reflect and reinforce compliance with all applicable Swedish laws, including but not limited to:
- All sexual activity in our events, must be based on active, explicit, and ongoing consent from all parties involved. Consent must be freely and voluntarily given, without coercion, intimidation, or manipulation.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any point during any activity. A ‘no’ (verbal or non-verbal) means no, immediately and without question. Even if initial consent was given, it can be revoked at any time for any reason
- Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs to a degree that impairs their ability to give clear and voluntary consent are not capable of consenting to sexual activity. Engaging in sexual activity with someone who is visibly intoxicated or otherwise unable to consent is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate expulsion and potential reporting to authorities
- Respect all personal boundaries, both verbal and non-verbal. If you are unsure, ask. Always assume ‘no’ if consent is not clearly and enthusiastically given
- The purchase or sale of sexual services (sexköp) is strictly prohibited at our events (due to the laws in the country, not out of our ideological stance) . Any attempt to offer or receive payment, gifts, or services in exchange for sexual acts within our events will result in immediate and permanent expulsion. Black Planet does not facilitate or condone any form of transactional sex
- Respect the privacy of all attendees. No photos or videos of individuals are permitted anywhere within the venue, especially in darkrooms or areas where sexual activity may occur. Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion, deletion of footage/images and potential legal action.
- Any damage to the venue’s property or the personal belongings of others will be the responsibility of the perpetrator.
- Any violation of these Terms & Conditions, particularly regarding consent, illegal activities, or harassment, will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund, potential permanent ban from future events, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.
- By entering Black Planet events, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in an event with specific adult themes and environments where sexual activity might happen (especially in our clubs that are explicitly have sexual elements in their event description) You understand and accept that engaging in certain activities carries inherent personal risks, and you assume full responsibility for your own actions and safety, as well as the safety of those you interact with. Black Planet is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from consensual activities or a member’s failure to adhere to these terms.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden
Code of Conduct
- All attendees must adhere to each event’s code of conduct, which emphasizes respect, consent, and inclusion. Violations may result in immediate removal and membership termination.

Event Changes
- We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue. In such cases, tickets remain non-refundable.
Community Reports
At our club nights, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our community. If you experience or witness any form of harassment, abuse, or unsafe behavior, or if you know about the presence of an unsafe person at our events, we encourage you to report it to us. Your concerns are taken very seriously.
- If an incident occurs at one of our events, we can more effectively address it on the spot. If we witness the behavior ourselves, we will take immediate action, which may include asking the individual to leave the event or issuing a ban.
- We recognize that different types of behavior require different considerations:
– Bullying, and emotional/verbal abuse and harassment that has happened outside of our events: These issues, while serious, may not always involve criminal behavior. We will address bullying and harassment based on the context and severity, but such situations can be complex and may require multiple reports or clear evidence before taking action.
– Rape and Sexual Assault: Accusations of rape or sexual assault are addressed with the utmost seriousness. We will take immediate steps to ensure safety and may issue a ban while supporting individuals in contacting appropriate authorities if they choose. - For incidents reported that occur outside our events or in past situations, handling can be more challenging. One report alone might not provide a complete picture. If multiple reports arise or if a police investigation is underway, we will take appropriate actions, including possible bans.
- All reports will be handled with confidentiality. We will provide support to those affected and take steps to protect their privacy throughout the process.
- In cases with only one report and no ongoing police investigation, we will assess the situation based on the available information. Our goal is to make fair and informed decisions, considering all relevant factors.
- We are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment. Our decisions are guided by our values of intersectional feminism and community care. We aim to address issues promptly and with sensitivity to all parties involved.

– Behavioral Expectations: All attendees are expected to treat each other with respect and kindness. Discriminatory, abusive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
