• Age limit?

Attendees must be 18+ with a pre-purchased ticket. We rarely have nights that we would sell tickets at the door, but if we do, the door will be 21+ 

• What bag ban regulation applies at bp nights?

Bag ban has been lifted by the police since June.

• What are the differences between the different tickets?

• What does solidarity ticket mean?

Solidarity tickets are for people who cannot afford the other tickets. They are up for grabs and trust-based. These tickets cannot be sold or exchanged second-hand unlike the other tickets. If you can afford the other tickets, please buy the other ones so we can offer more solidarity tickets to people who genuinely need them!

• Dress code?

Each event has different rules, and the dress code is always written in the event description. Some events have a dress code, and some don’t. If you’re unsure, you can send a picture of your outfit to our chat box, and we’ll let you know if it’s okay.

• Is Membership required?

For some of our events, including Batshit Club, Lilith Club, and Climax Club, membership is mandatory. For others, it’s optional but allows us to keep you updated on future events. Always check the event description to see if membership is required before attending.

• How can i find out about upcoming nights?

As a member, you’ll get updates about your favorite Black Planet events. You can choose which events to be notified about, and we only send 1-2 emails per month!

We have an Instagram page for each event; you can find the handles on the About Black Planet page.

3. Download Black Planet’s app

You can check upcoming events through our app and buy tickets there, you can also show your membership and purchased tickets at the door right through the app.

4. Check Black Planet’s calendar

You can always check our website’s calendar to see what’s coming up! You can even sync it with your calendar apps. We’re always working on exciting new projects, so this is a great way to stay updated on new events!

• Are tickets personal?

Tickets are not personal. You can buy them for others under your name or any name you choose. If you can’t attend, you’re also free to sell your ticket.

However, please note:

• Solidarity tickets cannot be resold.
• Some events require membership. For these events, tickets are still not personal, so you can buy them for friends, but each person must have their own membership to enter.

• Can i get a refund?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, since our events are popular and often sell out quickly, you can easily resell your ticket (except for solidarity tickets) if you can’t attend.
