We’re hiring part-time event staff — join the Black Planet crew!

We’re looking for reliable, badass people to help run our parties. Mostly Fridays and Saturdays (22-03) and sometimes wednesdays or thursdays (18-23).

If you’re only available on weekends, that’s totally fine too.

What we’re looking for:

• People who can commit at least 10 hours per month (usually 2 shifts).

• People who know the queer and kink communities well, and share our values around inclusion, consent, and community care.

• Comfortable being assertive and handling tricky situations, you won’t need to physically intervene, but you will need to notice when something’s off and get help from security.

• Reliable, flexible, and happy to be part of a tight team.

• Bonus if you’re communicative and into queer nightlife/music scenes.

• Past experience is a plus but not a must
• English or Swedish both work. 

Roles we’re looking to fill:

• Door Check — scanning QR codes at the door and checking memberships.

• Safety Team — keeping an eye on the club and helping maintain a safe, consent-based space (with support from guards).

• Reel/TikTok Content Creator — helping us tell our story online.

• Production Help — handy people who can assemble, fix, and build things to make our parties run smoother (setting up signs, small repairs, moving gear, etc).
